Training
We provide sport specific basketball training at all levels. Our programs will equip the body and mind with the necessary tools needed to excel. Emphasis on conditioning, flexibility, mental focus, strength training and skill development will create a more complete player. Likewise, attention to detail will help create better habits that will result in trainees becoming more instinctive players. A higher basketball IQ will create a more knowledgable, skillful, reliable and efficient player on the court.
Our fitness training focus on exercises that mimic the functional movements used in various sports. When this is done we believe our athletes will be able to truly translate their training into better performance in their specific sport.
In the case of basketball, it is a sport in which one must be able to create powerful and explosive movements intermittently throughout the game. Not only that, but one must also be able to perform these movements throughout an extended amount of time all while possessing the strength to absorb hits from other players. For those reasons we focus on all the attributes needed to improve performance in this sport which are strength, speed, power, and agility.
All programs are designed specific to each player. Group and partner training are also available.
Film Breakdown
Breaking down game film will allow a player to have a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. A picture is worth a thousand words and watching film will allow players to know if they are actually applying what they have been taught and it will also let them see exactly if their performance on the court is what they believe it is.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify within 24 hours. Appointments are not double-booked and if you break your appointment, we are not able to fill the empty spot. A full service fee will be charged for missed reservations that are rescheduled or canceled less then 24 hours notice.
